Although the background is really busy i think it adds character to the photo,okay the bird could be a big bigger in this but i guess you were a distance from it,good sharpness overall as well..Brian

Mary,
A beautiful picture of the Grey Fantail perched on a down sloping branch while voicing his opinion. The lighting sparkling in it's eye while highlighting his open beak, tongue & beautifully marked grey & white patterned plumage.

This is a lovely photo of this dear little bird! A difficult subject to capture I would imagine, if always on the move, but you've done a grand job!
Good sharp focus, showing good detail in his feathers.
Excellent exposure giving lovely natural colours throughout.

Your info is very nice, although brief it is interesting. The Fantail is well posed and photographed. Some of the background is a little busy, takes away from the focus only a tad, especially from the far left. Still fine work.

He is a very lovely specimen. you got creative with the crop and the limited lighting.
The focus is sharp and even with the dark background, you managed to pull great definition out to show off the details of the bird. I might have cropped it a bit tighter but that is just my preference.
