While this photo shows us Nebraska country life, I think it lacks interest and depth. Clarity and focus are good, and surrounding vegetation and colors add interest.

I?m really not offended with your lower rating with this photo as I already have ten 5 stars for it. However what do you mean that it lacks interest and depth? What should have I done differently in your opinion?

It is always difficult to take a good picture of something white or something black but you have managed well here. I like the way that the fence leads the eye up to the barn but I do think that the grass at the front could have done with a bit more shadow or something as it seems a bit bland to me.
