This is rather nice. It is an interesting abstract picture. It is not as good as your usual, but the title and lines under the umbrella (or is it, over the umbrella) are rather intriguing.

Welcome. It is still good, in that it is a leaf providing a covering or umbrella, which makes it even more creative.

This is a great idea for a picture and the composition is excellent. However, it does not seem quite in focus to me - otherwise I would have given it six stars.

I think it's a pretty interesting photo. The veining on the leaf does definitely look like the ribs of an umbrella, and I like how the image is off center. the image seems to glow,which sets off the dark veins. Best wishes to you in this contest!

Personally I like the cascading shades of green/green yellow that you captured - not bad.
To be considered a 'Macro' a macro lens needs to be used. If you did use a Macro lens you lost all the detail and contrast that a macro lens provides through the application of mixed media.
If that was what you wanted to do and it got you an image you like, well that's cool and I can dig it... Bob

It looks like too much meddled with. Less contrast and a sharper image may have worked. But I like the idea behind this. Green is my fav colour!:)Good luck in the contest.
