Wonderful image. Certainly fit for the contest. Love how the light shines inside the wagon creating the shadows. Nice capture, thanks for sharing.

The old restored wagon is rather pretty, very nice and an appropriate "W" entry. Best wishes in the contest. The foliage is pretty with bits of sky peeping through. The grass and wagon shadow on it are fine.

Certainly begins with a w does this, but a straight forward photo [which is okay] but feel you needed a stronger use of angle to make something better,i always take these type of photos but then try different angles to get something better[don,t always work though]...Brian

What an excellent find for the Letter W contest! I'm still racking my brains on what begins with W! Lol
Beautifully focused with a good dof, enabling us to fully view the surroundings and that dear little house in the background.
I wish you the best of luck in the contest.

Cool!
It's a fine looking picture centered around an interesting subject and I'm enjoying it very much!
I wonder if this wagon was one of the thousands built by the Studebaker Brothers Company
( headquartered in South Bend,Indiana ) which began manufacturing wagons (for both military and civilian use) in 1852 and later produced a popular brand of automobile until the company finally went 'belly up' in 1966?

A beautiful & interesting picture of the restored Wagon of the type that were used to bring the Pioneers across America from East to the West, in their hope for a better life than the one they had left in Europe. Beautiful composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus. Good luck in the contest.

This is a very impressive image. It is beautifully composed, crisp, and the colors are bright.
What I like most about this is the story and history it tells. The log shed adds to the tale. But it is hard to imagine that people, in the not-too-distant past, traveled sometimes across the country in this type of wagon. The covering doesn't look like it would be much help in unpleasant weather and those wheels don't like they provide a smooth journey.
