Your name fits this painting, Jewell. Your flowers are like brilliant jewels sparkling in the outdoors. So many flowers, so many gorgeous colors. The taller ones seem to sway in the background. I enjoy the cloudy sky it gives the flowers extra power. Bravo!

I love to paint clouds, Ray. Especially if a sunset is involved. This time, made them softer.
I didn?t want to take away from the flowers.

The sky with its clouds is lovely. The colors in the summer-time patch of flowers are lovely. This would be a fine entry for more than one contest. I especially like the flowers climbing the stalks, the white, orange and yellow ones. Fine acrylic work, my artist friend.
