I am in love with this painting it gives a very impressionistic feel and it reminds me of the woods and creek where I grew up and it definitely speaks to my soul. Bravo.

I've looked at this a bunch of times but kept getting interrupted before I could leave my review. I didn't want to just leave a brief kudos type of blurb since I feel this painting deserves a full accounting of it's beauty. The use of color, composition and light are exceptional! I can't say enough about the use of light. It really pulls your eyes right down the stream into the deep woods as it bounces off the trees and grass along the way. I love everything about this painting. Good Luck!!!

Beautiful Traditional Art Work of nature's colours in the fall (or as we call it autumn). I love how you have used a pallet knife to structure and texture the leaves on the ground and then the softer brush on the trees. The green area almost looks like water, but I presume that is the pathway. A very pleasant scene to view and imagine being in. All the best in the contest.

Your fine, full and appropriate composition offers us an enjoyable view of a woodland path with an as yet undefined end. Viewing this I feel like it want to pull me in and become part of the scene.
