Linda, You have done a stellar job with this rendering of Natalie. You sure do have your way with graphite. The first thing I look for is the eyes and if the eyes are spot on then the rest usually follows and it does. The eyes tell the story and they don't lie. The hair is represented perfectly wild as a full head of hair can be. Her sweet heart smile is attractive along with her perfectly formed nose. The tattoos add to her disposition along with the ring through her lower lip. You have portrayed her as if she knows what she wants and she is determined. Her clothing is draped nicely. The total package is expertly done and professionally presented. Ray

Beautiful graphite artwork and composition, my artist friend. The background is super fine also. The face, front of hair, sweater body shown and top are outstandingly realistic and beautiful. The hanging hair on her right side is not as good or realistic, but is still okay enough, while the hair on her left side is so realistic also.

I feel very sad for your friend.And I admire Natalie who is helping her mom. Portrait art can be incredibly powerful, and this artwork is no exception. The contrast between the dark blacks and bright whites creates a striking image that draws the eye in. The emotions captured in the image is striking. Well done!

A modern portrait indeed with the tattoos and piercing- it's absolutely stunning work and well worthy of 6 stars. I'm so sorry to hear of your friend's loss, I'm sure that she will love this beautiful drawing of Natalie.
