Landscapes are not the easy option as most people would think,i can see your point of view wanting to take this,i might how ever tried an even lower approach than this just to make the mountain even bigger but still a good one...Brian

You know, maybe, this is just a rock formation, not a mountain. I just thought, it is a part of the rocky mountain in Colorado.

yes i know its outdoor and it fits the contest i was not suggesting otherwise i was just suggesting a different approach might have made iit better or maybe not,sometimes when taking these type of photos i allways try different angles and places just to see what works better but this is still a fine shot.

Hi, Maureen. This is Colorado Springs, Colorado and this is pretty close to the Garden of the Gods National Park where the rocks are more of reddish shade, not earth or brownish one like this. Thanks for this pleasant review.
