Jewell, you have chose the best colors and arranged them in a wild fashion, but thats OK they are wild flowers. The yellow background was a great choice also. I like this. Ray

With all the lovely colors of spring presented in this painting, I think it has a strong visual impact. I especially like the fine textures, and the light in the background.
The pink flowers on the right are very detailed, and are for me the center of interest in this painting. Very good use of high lights bringing life into this field of flowers.
The format and framing is very good, and it is a very fine flow and balance in the composition. A truly lovely and well done painting Jewell, and I wish you luck with the contest.

Oh my goodness!this is just gorgeous! I love the warmth here and the way the sun washes over this field of wildflowers! This reminds me of our favorite campground , I go out in the morning with my coffee and see the wildflowers growing as they please, just like this!
It's so well rendered, your choice of colors and the way you applied them is perfect, I like the vines reaching down from above too !
This is a wonderful entry for this contest and it is truly a pleasure to view !

This is something that my mom would love. As soon as I looked at this, I instantly thought she would smile at this site. My mom lives in DE and there are fields of sunflowers but not of gorgeous wildflowers.
