You have captured this scene with excellent camera and artistic technique. However, I think if you had increased the exposure time the falling water effect would be more dramatic and more in line with the criteria of this contest.
This take has excellent color, positioning, contrast and detail. Exposure and sharpness are well established.

Think the backdrop takes away from the impact of this one,when you take photos of subjects/people it pays to take your time and look round for better positions in which to get a better shot,this is one i think needs that...Brian

Your focus and clarity are good ,and the stop action of the water falling is good also. However I find the backdrop takes away from the detail. Perhaps a different angle would be possible. Good luck in the contest.
