Wow! I would also love to see the inside of this church and hear the message as well. It will definitely stand the tests of time. It would be cool to know the story.
You did a fine job capturing its beauty. Exposure and balance are great. Resolution is nice too.
Great job

Hi Jack.. This is a 50/50 shot. The church's stonework is well focused and is well seen as is the front lawn.

The tight cropping of the frame and camera angle makes the most of the scene.

Use an image editor software to remove the electrical line and the sign.

The sky and the clouds are poorly exposed - blown out. This white balance issue is common with point and shoot systems.

It is easily corrected by dialing the white balance down to 4200 Kelvin, works every time... Bob

It just takes time and a lot of exposures Jack. Keep at it. I have said it before, you have a good eye. You just have to train it to see... Bob

I love churches! In July we will be staying at a AirBNB that is a chucrch built in 1867 and turned into a airbnb. We get the whole church and can even ring the church bell! Nice image, Over all a great presentation. Thanks for sharing.

jackJr, A stone building denotes strength in construction. It creates the feeling of security and faith. The simple mass of the structure creates the feeling of a safe harbor. Very nicely presented. Ray

Jack,
A beautiful picture of the church faced with large flit pebbles similar to ones you can see in parts of Suffolk & Norfolk in East Anglia in the east of England. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

This is altogether a nice presentation of this church made of stone. Focus and clarity are good and the angle of the shot is very eye appealing.

What a wonderful and unique visual presented here of this amazing stone church. I would love to have sat amongst the pews and enjoyed the minister as he has he preached. Composition shades tones colours are very well done and presented.
