Ok, you have once again timed your shot brilliantly, Dean.

I imagine your camera was in burst mode, but still, being right there, in the right moment is never easy and takes a lot of patience.

Confession time- I never use burst mode on this particular camera because it is too slow. I used a 'spray and pray' technique to capture this one. There are another twenty or so shots that did not come out so great. :)

Well, it is a great shot.

And what many do not realize when it comes to photography is that you can take dozens if not more shots and only a few are worthy of editing.

But that's also the fun of it -- the risk of getting that great shot!

I love this photo of Swallow tail butterfly and thistles.It is hard to get good focus and detail on subject but you nailed it, well done. Would have been good if you got a different angle showing butterfly
Pattern but subject probably wasn't cooperating. Good job.
