Hopefully this is not one of the statues that have been deemed politically incorrect in recent years. I think a tighter crop would have added to the subject matter.

Two things i think spring to mind in this,feel it would have looked better on the left in this,but also you got a good angle but think again you could have got the statue much bigger and therefore more dramatic...Brian

S beautiful and dramatic picture of Robert E. Lee on his horse surveying his troops during the battle of Gettysburg in the Civil war the sunlight catching the shine on the statue as it stands out from the clear blue sky.
Beautiful composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus.

You have a nice remembrance of this statue of General Robert E. Lee. Great angle showcasing the general with his bronze horse. You have captured this well with a nice cloudless sky background. An image with historical significance. I think this had been removed because the nation still grapples with the issue of racism.

Nice shot with sky and trees in the background. Sun rays reflecting off the monument. Maybe I would make this shot a bit bigger or center the monument. Good job!
