A good looking image posted here into the competition! Your fine and classical composition offers us an enjoyable view of that young deer. Colours and tones are good. Exposure and sharpness are fine. Well done and good luck!

This is a wonderful shot of the fawn in search of his mother. You have timed it well. The light and shadows, colours and, composition have worked out well. Good luck in the contest!

This is a lovely photograph of the fawn coming out of the long grass. Focus and clarity are spot on; and the colors are rich, and appear true to nature. Good luck in the contest.

Lily this is a wonderful nature shot of a beautiful fawn emerging from the tall grass in search of it's mom. The shot is perfectly in focus and such a wonderful sight. It is nice to see a fellow New Yorker on site, I am from Long Island, Oceanside. The best of luck in the contest. Ray

How sweet! I've seen several fawns around my area (it feels late in the season for births). Great capture, with nice clarity and storytelling attributes. The green grass is inviting and offers ample pattern to supplement the image at hand.

Sometimes think looking down on wildlife is not the best position to get decent photos, however think it works in this case as together with the foliage the fawn being slightly hidden does feel right, nice one....Brian

A very sweet and endearing visual presented here of this young deer. Composition shades colors and angle creates the scene perfectly. Well done.

What a sweet scene. I like the setting of tall grass with this fawn coming out. The colors are natural and it looks like free from digital changes. Focus, angle, and lighting are great. You've also provided negative space for your fawn to move. The landscape orientation is appropriate. A great entry.
