At first I thought it was out of focus but then zoomed in and noticed it's just the depth of field which is giving it a almost textured feel. Nice creative capture. Thanks for sharing!

The spider orchid is intriguing , I have not seen one before but I love it, the very unique spiked petals j white with the orange center detail is just stunning ! This is a plant that I would love to have.
You have captured it well Michelle, the white petals are a challenge but I think you managed it well to allow a good sense of this flower.
Well focused, clear and it's a lovely placement within the frame . The black background works so well to emphasize this orchid!

Yes, this looks rare and unusual. I love its white and spiky blooms with gold central part and you did well showcasing this with dark background and square frame. Great angle and focus. Points of improvement is just to have a good white balance control setting to get rid of those over-bright parts, but overall this is a lovely sight and still a pleasure to view.
