Very cute, using purple/dark/light making this candle. Its melting and you show melting, smartly done!! I like tilted flame, windy. BG/the browns/light/dark, works perfectly. The flame, burning red shows its hot. Very stunning art, thanks.And the pedestal color as well, smart.

A sad candle tilted and looking a little bereft. A nice depiction of a partially burned candle with wax running down the main part of the candle; and the flame appears to be blown aside by a breeze. Good luck in the contest.
