Beautiful shot of this Goose. Many people around here don't like them, but I do. They are so classy looking, and your shot gives the viewer a wonderful, up-close view of his striking colors and patterns. The mix of sunlight and shadow works very well, and you have made the goose really pop by blurring the background. Well done.

looks like he is hopping across the grass. are they part bunny? lol. interesting capture. the angle of the shot of this bird is good. the clarity is great. the capture of the light is good. the presentation is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. good eye and great job overall

What an interesting looking goose! I love the blends of grays, browns, and copper feathers. His/her eye is nicely in focus and seems to say "don't mess with me."
The blurred ground nicely makes the goose stand out. Good luck in the contest.
