Devonte, you have done a fine job rendering this horrifying experience of a cat 5 tornado touching down in the Illinois region, far north. I see the kids playing, outside next to the house as the whirl wind approaches. And all this without warning. wow. Thank you for wonderful account. Ray

Thank you for all your notes. They were very interesting and give us a tremendous amount of detail into the background of your composition. I think you have conveyed the day very well. However, I think that I might have drawn the tornado in a very dark color to make it stand out against everything else around it, that would give it more power within the composition. It is the focal point. Other than that, you have drawn a very lovely, serene scene of the neighborhood. The children are well animated in showing their surprise at the change of events, and the bushes, leaning to the right, gives the viewer a sense that the winds have definitely increased and that the storm is near.

Thank you very much!! This one was quite hard due to there not being there was no pictures and videos of this tornado. So my imagination from all the research ran wild. I came up with this color because in an areal view of the path of the tornado. The ground was so scoured that you could literally see the exact trail the tornado took, because it was light brown. That why I came up with darker brown color as it rips away the soul from the ground at an aggressive rate

Goodmorning
Love it
You can see the tornado coming
The poor children they must of been so scared
Where do they hide when a tornado hits a school the bathroom are too small and how are they shelter enough
The colouring and detail are wonderful
Thank you for sharing
Hope this helps

Typically they are suppose to hide in a hallway in a school. But that may change because of what happened in Moore in 2013

Another dramatic looking tornado scene posted together with comprehensive notes too! Your fine and classical composition gives us a good view of that dangerous, approaching twister. Nicely drawn!

A very scary story to go along with this visual. I can't imagine what those people felt as they were in the midst of one of the worst destructive tornadoes. I'm so glad that they made it through, but I'm so sad for those that didn't. God bless them all. Thank you for sharing.

They were scared by almost everyone made it through. The fatalities were under 15 which is low considering there was no warnings issued. But it is still high though
