I mean excellent picture! I just don't like mosquitos that much. They always seem to bite me even with repellent! However, this is a nice up close picture of this mosquinto! Wonderful work, thank you for sharing!

This is a great and unusual capture of the mosquinto
(which I have never heard of) However seems appropriate. It's amazing that you were able to photograph this bug. Well done! Focus and clarity of the legs is very good the upper body just a little less focused.

we have way too many of these in Canada. Thank goodness for repellent and other devices to help reduce them. Your composition shades, colors, and presentation as well done. Good luck in the contest.

im originally from the Mississippi Delta and back then we claimed that the mosquito is the state bird..wink..lol. good capture. the clarity is good. the angle of the shot of this critter is good. the capture of the light is good. the presentation is balanced and eye interesting to the viewer. good eye and great job now go buy some OFF..lol
