A good looking nature image posted here! Your fine, full and appropriate composition makes me wonder does the bear jump off that cliff? Colours, textures and tones are good. Nicely drawn!

Hi Mark, Wooo Hooo! Hold on while I look for my hat! I can't for the life of me imagine that Pat wouldn't love this, but if she doesn't I'm going to eat my hat! LOL I so love the scenics, eagle and moose shots she does! Love how you sent her out on a Polar bear. I think it's the perfect transportation for her. Love the scene you put her in. Her German Shepard might not be in the image but I have a feeling he's close by.
Definitely worth six stars! I enjoyed! :o) Nancy

But you did miss the chance to include Chance. :) You set me up for that, I am sure. Excellent work here and you got to use the polar bear. You should try pointillism some time using only the four pure colors of white, red, blue, and yellow. Pure colors are those that can not be created by mixing. It is challenging but you are 3/4 the way there. Then you apply the the dots and the viewers mind will mix and interpret them. Great piece, love it. Ray

Since you brought that up lemme give a lil history about Sharpie and Bic ..from 69 till 2001 the only colors offered by sharpie and bic were..red, blue, green, gray and black. That was it. Up till that time I know for a fact that watercolors pens looks like crap next to sharpie ..the only few colors that I could work with sharpie would be hi-lighter pens..they offer yellow, orange, pink, light blue and light green. Until sharpie and bic released a flood of colors in the early 2000 all I had was limited colors that you mentioned..really sucked back then..one day in the early 2000 the wife were shopping at Walmart..the wife went down one isle I went down the pen isle. The wife tells it this way.."I heard him holler so I rushed over to where he was at sitting on the floor surrounded by packs of pens and looks at me like a kid on Christmas and hollers I HAVE COLORS!" Now I was excited but I get tickled at the wife version of that story. Yes Ray I have been cursed in the past to be limited to 4 to 5 colors but in the last couple decades I will be coloring my ass off since I finally have the colors to need to create more things..my hands are trying to keep up with my head..wink .glad you have enjoyed this and thanks for the awesome review

Been a while since I have done this but I'll add her with the rest in my FAR "Book of FARtist"..I started it in 2014 but haven't added anything recently till now. Glad you have enjoyed this and thanks for the awesome review

LOL, I can just see Pat hopping on this polar bear to look for interesting shots. It might work if she brought along some Caribou steaks to feed the bear when it got hungry.

Yes I did enjoy it. You also got thr lighting just right on the snow. I like the shadows and light. I always have trouble with that.
Great anout the poems. I wrote them to be imaginative for kids. I know you're drawings are very imaginative.

what is funny i always see a story of some sort. to much tv and comics i guess..lol. one time i remember on the FanStory sides forum someone griping about writers block at times..i said heck if yall get a block holler at me i always some kind of idea;..sometimes i can get lucky doing something original..lol..remember this some years back i remember someone threw a request and i swear i dont remember which story i told other than this incident itself, but i remember distinctly no one else ever bother to volunteer to collaborate much less communicate..i did have good working experience with the different committees on the FanStory side. they are nice folks..strict but nice folks..wink.
