He's not cuddly in any sense of the word is he. Fine macro shot, pin sharp and a good depth of field. Nicely lit too, did you use a video lamp or something here. Great shot.

Wow! You really zoned, zoomed in on this robber fly and caught such great detail! I love the crispness of the image from the thorns to the hairs on its tail, and the compound eye. The blurred background is perfect. Good luck in the contest.

I like the title and the prominent details of the legs and the eye. Great angle, focus, and exposure setting. The green background makes the details clearer, too. A great entry.
