A lovely drawing of this child's eyes. I especially like the very detailed reflections you've captured in each eye. It's a pity that 'Fan Art Review' is written across the right-hand bottom corner as it completely obliterates that beautiful tear you've included (which is only visible in the thumbnail), I would have liked to see it in closer detail.

Hi Sherri, Love the reflection in the eyes, the shading of the skin, the track of the teardrop on the left and the falling teardrop on the right. Your image evokes the painful emotion this child is in the midst of. I think it's very well done and speaks volumes! It's a great entry for the contest!

I wish I had more 6 star ratings. When I first started to learn how to draw faces. My mom who is a pro at drawing faces just like you always told me "When I draw a face, I always start with the eyes. Because if I can't get the eyes correct the drawing to me becomes lost. The eyes are the Windows into the soul." With that being said, I Love how you drawn the eyes. I can feel the sadness of this young child and hope it get much better for them. Overall, this is a beautiful masterpiece you created. I wish I had more 6 star ratings, just know this is 6 star worthy!! Thank you for sharing!

Wow, this is so realistic looking and an excellent entry for the contest. You have brilliantly conveyed so much emotion in those eyes. And the inclusion of the single tear really evokes empathy from the viewer. It really deserves a 6, but unfortunately, I am already out of them. Best of luck in the contest.
