I have 2 passions...Asian Culture and Painting. I am fortunate to LOVE my career as a psychiatric nurse. Love my Dylan (grandson).

I take refuge in The Buddha.

I am a sullen girl. I have a tattoo on my right arm of a Koi and the words 'Sullen Insomniac'
I can overwhelm myself with sorrow if I hear someone is hurt, a child is abused or an animal ~ which is everyday in this jacked up world.

I am left handed. I am nocturnal. Very scared of lightening but love to watch it. I love the shade of grey, and the color green.
Love avocados, black olives, pomegranates,Basmati rice and egg rolls. Hate all sports except hockey (go Pens). Fascinated with Tibetan Buddhism. Love Asian films (go figure). Favorite movie is Shaolin Temple.

I also was fortunate enough to spend 4 days with 'His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama' during his birthday. Namaste
