Shelly has been actively pursuing her hobby of photography since she received her first camera at the young age of 9. Since then she has strived to learn more and achieve great results. In 1992 she started accepting jobs of shooting families and weddings for friends and family. She still works occasionally but primarily advertises by word-of-mouth.

Shelly prefers to pursue photography in nature, architecture and sports, and, well, anything that captures her attention. She gets especially giddy when capturing a great action shot in any sport.

Shelly is a single mom with 3 children. Her kids and full time job as an engineering project coordinator keep her busy day-to-day but she still manages to get out for some fun shoots. Even at the expense of her children as subjects, she will get the urge to take some photos just to boost her spirits when feeling down.

Photography is her true passion.
