This is done to dedicate to all emergency response teams, firemen, paramedics, law enforcement who risk their lives saves us and our babies. I salute all of them.
Update: oh i screwed up the on this one. i entered this in the baby art contest not realizing what i did and of course it got totally ignore...not surprised. However the dedication really shouldnt be ignored. As example in my part of th world in small communities dont really have anything other than a volunteer firemen. they are locals who train and fight fire and put their lives in danger...for no pay at all. My dad has done this for almost 50 yrs. He is now at 84 yrs and now inform me this is his last year of doing it. Think about it. How many of you will put your life and limb in danger for no pay at all other than maybe a "thank you".
