"Looking" a poem by Elizabeth B. Flood

I've never really had a family,
that i could call my own.
No one to exchange a goodnight kiss,
or say "Ilove you" across the phone.

I want and need someone
who fills the emptiness in my heart.
After so many years of loneliness,
cant i be giving a new start.
Having so much love to share,
even more than i can say.
Let me find a special person
to him ill give my heart away.

my wife had written this years before we meet!..thought it would go great with this illustration..yall comeon back now yahear!
