when this was painted I had no idea of what the actual technology used was, but as an artist, I had this feeling and this is what it was--- I was more correct that I could have imagined. this technology has been in use for half a decade, but few know of it- the victim is in a sort of corridor and can be watched and manipulated by a sort of computer- senior civil servant at the Health Ministry Arthur, calls it the Matrix machine- an apt description.It is the worst prison ever created by man -I quote- as there is no escape anywhere on the earth, it feeds into a satellite, which can pick you up in detail where ever you are.
