recently a young woman and mother of 2 was murdered by her x-husband. many times the police was called to the residence over domestic violence calls which she never filed charges against him saying "he promised to never do it again"..after she filed for divorce he stalked and eventually killed her.. her mother(god bless her) went onto the news and said she was not going to let this tear her apart, but to be constructive to lead the shelby county batters womans movement and looking for volunteers for support group..i eamil this drawing witha note..i was adopted at the age of 7 by my great uncle and aunt(i considered them as my parents).before then i remember one severe beaten from my birth mother(done with a baseball bat) i remember after the beaten she made the common statement.."i promise not to do that again" ..no matter what the sex..abuse is a serious thing no matter what sex or age..i swore that my kids would never know that feeling nor know whats its like to starve or know they will be living like i went thru..i kept that promise and they are parents themselves now and living a happy life today not knowing that terror. i dont know if she will do anything with this(just sent the email) but god help the man or woman to beaten on another person around me, because i will be in jail after i stepped in and gave that abuser a taste of his own medicine. unfortunately those people are cowards. forgive me for this unusual post from, but i am very passionate of not causing harm to those who are weak unable to defend themselves..forgive me and yall comeon back now..yahear!!
