This is Toronto. Here in England, we have homeless people sitting everywhere in the streets, yet we have numerous empty buildings. They have clothes and other sales inside Churches, but empty halls as the homeless sit outside in the rain and cold. I don't understand it, However, out there it is worse, homeless people but in 20 below, snow and ice, so cold that this mid age lady sits on a bucket as it is too cold to sit on the floor. I was quite amazed at the number of homeless there and the same, empty halls! I chatted with some of them when I went out as I could not believe my eyes at people sitting out in that cold.
