Wouldn't we all just love to fly off, to somewhere far, far away, not just watch sitting under a tree. If I could swim, I would go on a slow boat to China, honestly, on a cargo boat, but I just cannot swim. One day I am going to get one of those expensive phone cameras, as I love taking photos. I always say I am going to use them in paintings, but I never do, my mind pictures and reality pictures don't seem to fuse comfortably well, especially as I love stylizing my thought pictures, but I still love taking photos, ever since I was very young and got my first box brownie from my mum after moving to a nearby town from the Refugee Camp, Scunthorpe, oh and she bought me my first little paint box, soon after I first came to England at the Refugee camp. Mum had to twist into difficult positions for my new step-dad /don't waste hard earned money on a girl/ but underneath she knew exactly. I often misjudged her and regret it bitterly now, but realised much later when I was married, how it is for women especially when my ex refused to let my children go to University because he had not been. I was going to buy myself a good camera phone for my 74th birthday just a couple of weeks ago, but decided on loads of pens instead. As a retired woman, I paint lots and lots now, not just a couple a week.
