I was going to use a pristine photograph which someone with a camera took of some of my clay sculpture, but it just didn't seem like me, so I have put on what I consider to be my-stylee still life, with all manner of things from my life, a shell from Cleethorpes nearby seaside town, a woman's head I made when 13 yrs old at school, Russian boxes from Moscow, a letter from my son when he was very young saying : mum I love you, St George from Georgia and numerous other items given me. I don't collect pretty things in particular, but I do like bringing things back from where ever I have been teaching, where I am often given gifts upon leaving and the best of any purchases, I usually give family members /not always appreciated/ as presents!
