In Mark 6:45-52, The Holy Bible gives an account of this story:
Jesus, after feeding the multitude, compels his disciples to go ahead of him in a boat to Bethsaida while he dismisses the crowd and goes up the mountain to pray. Later, seeing them struggling against the wind on the sea, Jesus walks on the water towards them, intending to pass by. The disciples, terrified, mistake him for a ghost. Jesus reassures them, revealing himself and calming their fear. He then enters the boat, and the wind ceases. The disciples, despite witnessing the miracle of the loaves and now this, still do not understand, their hearts hardened.
